Processing & Delivery time
All orders are processed within 5 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
The preparation time depends on the product and the amount of the pieces that have been ordered. If you desire large quantities of any of our products, please get in touch with us before placing your order.
We ship every order for FREE internationally.
After shipping the products, it will take 2-8 working days to deliver (Europe & USA), depending on the destination:
We ship all our products free internationally, collaborating mostly with DHL but with other couriers as well.
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow some time for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at email@example.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Please note, that Gea Creations is not responsible for possible package losses once the tracking number has been notified to the customer.
If you neglect to deliver your package and it is returned to us, we will not refund the charge for original shipping.
Returns, Cancellations & Exchanges
- Returns: As all our products are handmade & made to order, it is possible to change them, but at your own expense. What does this mean; That in order to change a product (which is not defective) you will be charged with the shipping costs to and from our workshop, as well as an additional charge of 10 € for jewelry and 15 € for sandals/wedges. In order for the change to be accepted, the product must be in its original condition and must be shipped within a period of 14 days from the delivery date. Once we receive it and verify that it meets the requirements, our representatives will get back to you to complete the process. Please allow up to 10 business days after we receive your exchange/return for processing. Postage and adequate insurance is the responsibility of the buyer.
- Cancellations: If you wish to cancel your order, you must notify us by phone at 694 6587770 (For Greece only) either by email to firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 hours of placing your order.
- Exchanges: We do not accept product exchanges. For more details check out our shop policies here.
Please note that in case you initially receive by mistake a different product from the one stated in your order, we will deliver the right product to you without any financial burden on your part.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at email@example.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

If you have entered by mistake the wrong address, contact us right away and we will change the address on your shipping label. If your order has already shipped, it’s too late to change the address at that point, so be fast! 😉
Etsy and Paypal shipping addresses
If your Etsy and Paypal shipping addresses are different and we do not have contact from you within 3 working days, we will ship the order to the address given at Etsy checkout.
Please note that the buyer is responsible for any duties, extra fees, and customs charges that may be incurred. There may be import fees that are due once it arrives in your country.
Gea Creations is not responsible for any packages held by international custom agencies and it is not a responsibility of Gea Creations to make the customer aware of these agencies and their actions. Please check with your country's custom office to determine their procedures and any potential charges.
